The Donor Tree 

  

The Donor Tree sculpture is a permanent tribute to those friends who have shown exceptional generosity to Blue Valley Lutheran Homes. The Tree also pays tribute to those whom you honor or as a remembrance to loved ones. 

The Tree is located in the lounge area of Blue Valley Nursing Home. It stands as a symbol of the commitment and tradition of The Foundation to provide, through the generosity of its friends, a continuum of improved and broadened services to the residents of Blue Valley Lutheran Homes.  

You can provide a visual expression of your support for Blue Valley Lutheran Home's mission by having your name or memorial permanently engraved on a "leaf" or "stone" on the Donor Tree. 

Gifts of $500-$999 (Gold), $1,000-$4,999 (Silver) or $5,000-$9,000 (Copper) are recognized with an engraved "leaf." Gifts of $10,000 or more are recognized with an Acorn.
