	Lyle Hight CEO, Nursing Home Administrator Lyle has been in health care for 35 years. Prior to Hebron, he participated in the design and project management of a 100 bed rehab facility in Fremont. He also worked as an administrator of Life Pointe and Life Legacy. Lyle and his wife, Madeline live in Davenport, Nebraska. 	Gaby Meyer Social Services Director Gaby has worked for BVLH since 2003. While still in high school, she started as a laundry aid, and then worked as a CNA/MA while attending college to get her Associates Degree in Human Services. 	Barb Larkins Dietary Director Barb Larkins, CDM, CFPP (Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional) is the Dining Services Coordinator for Blue Valley Lutheran Home and the Care Home both. She has been involved in food service for more than 35 years including restaurant, school nutrition and long-term care settings. Barb has also provided catering services in the local area. 	Melissa Wright Director of Development Melissa has worked in marketing for more than 10 years. She has an MBA Walden University in Minnesota and a BA in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She and her husband have two boys and live in Fairbury. 	Jeanne Budler Activities Director Jeanne has worked in the health care field for 34 years, the last 26 with BVLH. That is a lot of bingo! The diversity of her works keeps it fresh and challenging. 	Ardie Maschmann Human Resources Director Ardie Maschmann has worked at BVLH since July 1999 have lived in the area all my life, was a stay at home mom while my four children were growing.
